依照《中国象棋规则》（2011版）26.2  守和只有一个进攻子时，占据守和要点，附带产生的捉士象按“闲”处理。本局走到21回合时，红方除了有一车之外，还拥有三个过河兵，并且有一个已接近九宫，根本不符合要求，所以，此时形成的红方一将一捉对黑方两闲应由红方变招，不变判负。在棋例18和参考图22已说得非常详细了。
